Section 02Your Rental

Big job? Keep it moving with multiple dumpsters or a fill-and-swap. We’ll drop off an empty one as we haul the full one away, and you’ll save with our multi-dumpster and swap-out packages.

Plans changed? No problem. Give us a call, and we’ll help adjust your rental so your job keeps moving.

Section 03Payment Terms

A couple of quick things to know before delivery:

  • The remaining balance is due on or before delivery.
  • Additional charges may apply for overweight loads or rental periods extended beyond the agreed dates.
Section 04Rental Terms

Just a few ground rules to help everything go smoothly:

  1. The dumpster must remain at the property listed in this agreement unless otherwise approved by EZ Waste.
  2. Your allowed weight and any overage rate will be confirmed on your quote. Loads over the included weight may be charged an additional per-ton fee.
  3. EZ Waste is not responsible for damage to underground utilities, landscaping, driveways, or other property associated with dumpster placement or access. We’ll always work with you to identify a safe placement area before drop-off.
  4. Hazardous or prohibited materials, including paint, chemicals, and similar items, may not be placed in the dumpster.
  5. Please make sure we have safe, clear access for both delivery and pickup.
  6. Rental extensions must be approved by EZ Waste in advance.
  7. Please keep access to the dumpster clear at all times.
  8. The customer is responsible for damage to the exterior of the dumpster while it is in their possession. Additional charges may apply if damage occurs.

This agreement is provided in English, with a Spanish translation available for convenience. If the two versions differ in any way, the English version will govern.
